Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your ticket/subscription at any time. If you cancel your ticket/subscriptions, the cancellation will become effective immediately.

Refunds will not be provided for any canceled ticket/subscription. We do not provide credit or refunds for any canceled ticket/subscription. After cancellation, your access to the event/subscription will be disabled immediately. In any case or situations, your refund request will not be approved and neither you can exchange your ticket/subscription with anyone else, if found, in such case that user will be blocked from GigMeUp Live Website under the terms of violating our terms of service policy, for more information please read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Exception Case
This exception is only valid when the event is canceled by the artist/promoters/organizers, in such case all event ticket buyers with a valid ticket will receive their ticket refund. This refund is only applicable for the buyers of that specific event which has been canceled by the artist/promoters/organizers and is not applicable for any other events/products/services.
For the events, canceled by the artist/promoters/organizers, we will send you an email to notify you that events have been canceled by the artist/promoters/organizers, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 - 15 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet for the canceled event, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by
email [contact@gigmeuplive.com] or through Contact Us.

For any failed transaction please wait for 24 - 48 hours for the bank to reprocess the payment back to your account. In no case, we are responsible for any failed transaction please contact your respective bank or credit card company for verifying your refund status of failed transactions.

Please note that we have no other partners, affiliates, agents, ticket sellers, etc. and all our events tickets can only be purchased through our official website. All the event ticket generates a reference number sent with the ticket confirmation, please mention the reference number for any event-related issue or query.

Communication done through other modes or channels will not be considered valid for any reason.
